Main application:
The machine unit is made up of model KCQ40 vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine,
model KGM620/43 sterilization on drying machine, model KGS8 filling and plugging
machine, and model KGL300 single-knife capping machine. it can automatically finish
such procedures as ultrasonic cleaning, water flushing, gas flushing, sterilizing,
drying, filling, nitrogen filling, plug arranging, plug taking, plug pressing,
capping, etc. the plug pressing can be adjusted to half way or full way, with high
automaticion. it is mainly suitable for linked production of antibiotic water
injection, also for the bottle cleaning, drying and sterilization of antibiotic
powder injection.

The machine has a 9-station stepwise conveying system with balcony-type structure.Each time
it conveys 9 bottle as a group stepwise to various working stations.so as to finish the procedures
of bottle separation and sending ,pre-filling of nitrogen,drug filling.after-fillingof nitrogen preheating.
