WORKING PRINCIPLE
HZD series automatic lifting hopper mixing machine consists of shelf, rotary, driving system, lifting system,
restraining system and PLC control system. To begin to work, put the mixing hopper into the rotary, and press the key of ENTER. The hopper is lifted to the required height and clamped. Then driving system will begin to work and mix according to the required time and speed when the pressing inductive machine receives the signal. Reaching the required extent. the rotary will stop working. Meanwhile, the restraining system starts working, the process of mix is over. Then the lifting system begins to work, the mixing hopper of rotary falls down and stops at the stated height. Pull the mixing hopper out, the mixing cycle is finished and PLC will type the entire data of the mixing process.
